2018 was pretty fantastic.  There were plenty of amazing weddings and shoots, as usual, and there was a constant undercurrent of things feeling like they were on the brink of change.  And change there was!  I started dating a pretty awesome guy last January and we moved in together (with his cat). Several of my best friends had babies, and all my other friends also developed serious relationships (somehow all at the same time!).  I traveled to Los Angeles, North Carolina, San Francisco, Seattle & Olympia (several times), and even Mexico!

There were also looming changes that I was not looking forward to. For instance, I had to rebuild my website from scratch because the host was upgrading the platform. I also have to rebuild my client management system for the same reason.  I’ve completed my website (And loving the new look! Isn’t it funny how we dread some things that we know will inevitably be for the best?). Now I’m working on those other mandatory winter tasks.

Things are finally starting to feel more fluid again, and that’s left me feeling inspired and excited for the new year.  I have some big ideas for CGP coming in 2019, and looking forward to telling more of your stories!  (click here to subscribe to my newsletter)
