That’s right! I’ve teamed up with some of my favorite wedding pros to give away free wedding photography by Bryce Noone, flowers, & a cake to one lucky couple, to celebrate the New Year!

We’re all just so happy for 2021 to be here that we wanted to share the joy and have a little fun! I’m super excited because this is the biggest giveaway I’ve ever done! This giveaway will include up to 6 hours of wedding photography by me, PLUS a wedding bouquet, boutonniere, altar installation and sweetheart table arrangement by Flowers By Alana, and a cutting cake by Sugarhouse Cake!

All The Boring (But Super Important) Rules:

You must enter by 11:59pm PST on FEBRUARY 28, 2021.   

Wedding must take place in 2021 or 2022. 

Only one couple will be awarded this free wedding photography giveaway.

To win free wedding photography, flowers, & a cake, your wedding must be on a day that isn’t already booked by Crystal Genes Photography. If Crystal is unavailable for your date, she will let you know as soon as possible. If you do not have a date set, one must be chosen within 2 weeks of winning or a new winner will be selected. You must set a date that Crystal is available, or a new winner will be selected. Dates are not held upon entry. If Crystal Genes Photography becomes booked for your date at any time after your entry is submitted, prior to the entry deadline, she will let you know as soon as possible.

Your wedding can take place anywhere within 100 miles of Portland city center. All travel is included for weddings that will take place within 100 miles of Portland. Should you win this giveaway and your wedding is located beyond 100 miles of Portland city center, you must agree to pay any necessary additional travel expenses for Crystal Genes Photography, Flowers by Alana & Sugarhouse Cake, beyond the 100 miles. Flowers and cake will not be mailed.

We will narrow down the entries ourselves. If we are unable to choose a clear winner and depending on the number of entries, we will choose 5-10 favorite entrants for a public vote.

If it goes to public vote, finalists will be notified via email on March 1st, 2021. Finalists will be asked for a photo of themselves to accompany their entry for the public vote. Finalists and voting instructions will be posted to my blog on March 2nd, 2021. In that case, voting will remain open from March 2nd through midnight PST March 14th, 2021. If there is a finalist round and public vote, I will email the winner on March 15th, 2021. I will post the winner on my blog and social media on March 16th, 2021.

If it does not go to a finalist round and public vote, the winner will be notified by email on March 1st 2021. The winner will be posted on my blog and social media March 2nd, 2021.

Couples who have already booked or inquired with Crystal Genes Photography, Flowers by Alana, or Sugarhouse Cake are not eligible for this contest. If you already have a photographer, florist, or cake/sweets artist for your wedding you are not eligible to enter this giveaway.

Winner must sign a contract and pay any estimated travel expenses (if beyond 100 miles) within 2 weeks of being notified.

All entrants agree to have their photo and details of their entry posted on Crystal Genes Photography websites and social media, Flowers by Alana websites and social media, and on Sugarhouse Cakes websites and social media as well as any and all image content created from their engagement session and/or wedding day.

Any entrant must agree to contact Crystal Genes Photography immediately if they wish to withdraw their entry for any reason, prior to March 1st, 2021.

You must be 18 years or older to enter and have a wedding date set in 2021 or 2022.

This wedding giveaway prize cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service.

Crystal Genes Photography will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Failure to respond, complete Contract of Service, and/or provide an address for delivery may result in forfeiture of the prize. If winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with any of these terms and conditions, Crystal Genes Photography reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

In the event that gatherings are not allowed at the time of the wedding date, due to COVID-19, the prize can be transferred to another available date within 1 year of original date.

By participating in this wedding photography giveaway, you agree to be bound by these official rules.

Full detailed terms and conditions will be outlined in contract. Crystal Genes Photography, Flowers by Alana, and Sugarhouse Cake reserve the right to adjust rules prior to entry deadline, as deemed necessary.

Details of What you Win:

From Crystal Genes Photography – Winner will receive up to 6 hours of photography on their wedding day and all full-sized, retouched, wedding day digital photos with print release. The winner will also receive a half-hour of engagement session time with 5 digital images. Valued at $2500.  Additional hours of coverage, products or upgrades may be purchased if desired. 

From Flowers by Alana – Winner will receive a wedding day bridal bouquet, a wedding day boutonniere, a wedding day altar installation,  a sweetheart table arrangement, as well as a floral cluster for the cake decor. Valued at $1000. Additional items or upgrades may be purchased if desired. 

From Sugarhouse Cake – Winner will receive a simple wedding day cutting cake sized for 10-15 people, with a floral cluster.  Additional items or upgrades may be purchased if desired.
