This navy & gold wedding was a dream to photograph.  The venue is Vine & Sparrow in Sherwood Oregon.  The details were stunning and all complemented each other so well!  I loved the glamorous style of the day, as well as all the bride’s jewelry and sparkle… just gorgeous!!  She definitely had a vision from the beginning and I was so excited to finally see it all come together in real life!  It was such a sweet day, and these two make the cutest couple.

Navy & Gold Wedding Details

Navy, white, and gold are the main colors of the day.  Additionally, there are pops of very light pink which is very lovely.  The tables are all covered in white and navy striped table runners.  Short, decorative goblets are painted gold and used as vases. Gold doilies are placed underneath each vase, which really adds layers of visual interest. The dinner plates are gold, and coincidentally the venue curtains are gold!  Even several of the desserts served are coated in a gold dust, and for the jewelry and rings, there are options as mens titanium wedding bands which are great for this.

Ceremony in the Courtyard

The details extended outdoors as well since their wedding ceremony was in the courtyard.  Although the sky is blue in the photos below, it actually rained shortly after the ceremony.  The wedding arbor is covered in beautiful white and pink flowers with tons of greenery.  Vases full of flowers line the aisle on both sides. As a result the courtyard looks more like a garden. The bridal bouquet matches the ceremony flowers perfectly.  The bouquet was tied with a navy and white striped ribbon.  Consequently that small detail ties together the entire navy and gold theme.

Two cute flower girls in ivory dresses held ribbon wands.  I love the photo of the two of them walking with their arms around each other while waving the ribbon in the air.  In addition, I also love the photo of one of them digging through a giant box of tissue paper looking for something.  The box is almost as large as she is, and she’s throwing the tissue paper in the air excitedly.
