In case you missed my earlier post, I started a new project this year, called NW Wedding Underground! It’s a website that features favorite wedding venues (like this featured Oregon City outdoor wedding venue, Ainsworth House & Gardens) and vendors around Oregon and beyond. For each shoot, a bunch of awesome vendors come together to decorate the space and show off their work. According to the information provided by Video Production Company near me, photos in addition to videos are created and include vendor interviews and tours of the space. This was our second episode! There are currently 4 venues featured on the website, I’ll be shooting the 5th one next week, and many many more are coming for 2020!
AINSWORTH HOUSE & GARDENS WEDDING FEATURE
Our second episode features Ainsworth House & Gardens, which is located in Oregon City, just a short drive south of Portland. The venue is in a quaint neighborhood, takes up what feels like at least a city block, and is completely surrounded by trees and lush greenery. It’s such a beautiful venue and there is so much variety to the property. Not only is there a beautiful historic home, with a lovely facade, but the star of the show is a giant heritage pine tree. The tree is over 150 years old and is protected by the state. Additionally, there are several lawns, a more forested area, a patio, hidden gardens, and more!
ALL ABOUT THE TEAM:
Krystle Clear Events is not only one of Ainsworth House & Gardens exclusive wedding planners, but she does events all over town as well. She’s super friendly, very organized, and loves utilizing as many areas of a venue’s property as possible to create a flow and to really make an experience for your guests.
Tracy Schulz of Tracy Does Makeup, did hair and makeup magic for Angela and myself as well as for our bride, Reme Fields. Tracy is amazing! She has over 30 years experience. Prior to focusing on bridal work, she did commercial, editorial, and runway work… and has had 4 billboards in Times Square in NYC!
Reme wore a dress from Adorned in Grace Bridal Boutique located in the Raleigh Hills area of Portland. The shop sells new and gently used wedding gowns and is run by volunteers. All proceeds are used to promote awareness and prevention of sex trafficking as well as crisis prevention for trafficked victims.
All floral for this feature was created by Songbird Floristry! Robyn has been in business for over 10 years and recently began farming. She has over an acre of flowers and focuses on celebrating the bounty that is found in the Pacific Northwest.
Rose’s Rentals was so great to work with on our first episode at Victorian Belle Mansion, that we brought them back for this shoot as well! They provided the ceremony chairs, china, flatware, and other decor items.
The Pastry Smith won my heart with the cake she created. Not only was it beautiful and made of all my favorite colors, but she also put in marionberry pop-tart pops! It was so cute, and so delicious!
